The planning of exclusive and innovative real estate concepts is the field of activity of bodemvision. The architecture and planning office combines the expertise of architects and project planners with a lot of building experience, in order to realize complex construction projects from planning to execution from a single hand. bodemvision’s sophisticated and innovative project planning forms the basis for the real estate market of the future. That's why customers around the world rely on bodemvision's expertise and are enthusiastic about their  extravagant solutions. As a specialist in real estate, bodemvision always tries to get the most out of a project.

Our job was to create a design that is highly recognizable and builds trust in the brand. In brand workshops, bodemvision's thinking and demands were taken up and transformed into a coherent brand concept. This resulted in a new logo and a uniform corporate design.

The name bodemvision and the imagery of the logo give a face to the philosophy of optimal location use. For this purpose, the windmill was used as inspiration. Like the windmill, every building needs its own space to stand on, and thus profiting from maximum benefits of the soil. In order to carry the bodemvision experience in a claim in communication, the Dutch word "bodem", meaning "soil, free area", was used as part of the new name. The vision of creating something new on this open space complements the name bodemvision. The logo is also inspired by this way of thinking. Thus, the wings of a windmill in the signet can be found again, which are stylistically and in classic shades of brown. Fittingly, a straightforward typography was chosen. In keeping with this newly developed corporate design, business cards, letterheads, envelopes and stamps were designed. For print media, open-pore paper with a bronze-colored hot foil stamping was chosen.
